Este prato \u00e9 geralmente preparado em todos os lares com uma base de p\u00e3o, ovo e leite, acrescentando alguns ingredientes como verduras, frango, carne ou frutos do mar. Irene Ca\u00f1adas, nutricionista da Cl\u00ednica Fernando VII, explica que <strong>um croquete cru de 30 gramas<\/strong> pode conter 60 kcal, mas <strong>ao frit\u00e1-lo pode subir at\u00e9 100 kcal.<\/strong> Por esta raz\u00e3o, \u00e9 <strong>recomend\u00e1vel considerar algumas sugest\u00f5es para ingerir croquetes mantendo uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ca\u00f1adas aponta que se deve <strong>consumir os croquetes como um prato adicional em nossa dieta, com pouca frequ\u00eancia,<\/strong> por exemplo, aos fins de semana, e sempre acompanhado de um prato mais leve, como uma salada. A nutricionista ressalta que <strong>os alimentos fritos s\u00e3o altos em gorduras saturadas e podem produzir um aumento de peso nas pessoas ou piorar \u201cos n\u00edveis de colesterol, triglicer\u00eddeos, excesso de gordura no f\u00edgado, etc.\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os ingredientes de <strong>um croquete podem contribuir com nutrientes a nosso organismo:<\/strong> o leite aporta prote\u00ednas, c\u00e1lcio e vitaminas; a farinha e o p\u00e3o cont\u00eam hidratos de carbono; o ovo proporciona vitaminas A, E e D; as carnes e verduras utilizadas para o recheio proporcionam fibra. O azeite, utilizado ao momento de fritar, \u00e9 a causa do incremento do conte\u00fado gorduroso, mas podem-se fritar os croquetes sem afetar demasiadamente as propriedades nutricionais do alimento.
