Em geral, os advogados n\u00e3o utilizam ferramentas de marketing, pois existem muitas ideias equivocadas a respeito da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do marketing no \u00e2mbito legal.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ao falar de marketing jur\u00eddico, deve-se considerar que o escrit\u00f3rio ganhe relev\u00e2ncia no entorno pela qualidade e credibilidade dos advogados, mais que pela promo\u00e7\u00e3o de um servi\u00e7o. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio, portanto, falar de uma <strong>estrat\u00e9gia de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para posicionar os advogados como especialistas em uma especificidade<\/strong> e chegar a um p\u00fablico objetivo espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Considera-se tamb\u00e9m que o marketing \u00e9 um processo de venda, mas, na realidade, o marketing est\u00e1 focado no processo de descobrir as necessidades dos clientes para gerar servi\u00e7os que cumpram com as expectativas dos usu\u00e1rios sob um enfoque de venda consultiva, distanciando-se do esquema de venda cl\u00e1ssica em que se pretende colocar um produto no mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Deve-se considerar o marketing como um investimento, muitos o consideram como um gasto desnecess\u00e1rio, mas deve-se considerar que para conseguir incrementar a quantidade de clientes \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio chegar a eles com uma mensagem clara, que transmita confian\u00e7a e possibilite conhecer as vantagens do escrit\u00f3rio de advogados.
