Normalmente est\u00e1 associada a personalidades equilibradas e psicologicamente saud\u00e1veis, capazes de se adaptar afetiva e psicologicamente \u00e0s demandas do ambiente.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O seu impacto j\u00e1 foi analisado em diversos setores, mas at\u00e9 o momento poucos estudos foram realizados no contexto esportivo, em que a resili\u00eancia poderia corresponder a um funcionamento psicol\u00f3gico \u00f3timo dos atletas, favorecendo sua adapta\u00e7\u00e3o frente \u00e0s adversidades.<\/p>\n<p>Neste sentido, um grupo de pesquisadores realizou um estudo pioneiro baseado no impacto da resili\u00eancia em praticantes de jud\u00f4 profissional do Uruguai. A pesquisa analisou os n\u00edveis de resili\u00eancia apresentados e os relacionou com outros aspectos mentais que interferem na pr\u00e1tica esportiva e no bem-estar dos atletas, como o otimismo e a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scielo.br\/pdf\/refuem\/v23n1\/a14v22n1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">s\u00edndrome de burnout<\/a> \u2013 considerada uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o ao estresse cr\u00f4nico que leva \u00e0 exaust\u00e3o emocional, \u00e0 despersonaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e a um baixo senso de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Foram avaliados 45 esportistas (9 mulheres e 36 homens, com m\u00e9dia de 20 anos de idade), com diferentes n\u00edveis de rendimento, treino e participa\u00e7\u00e3o em competi\u00e7\u00f5es. Para estudar a consist\u00eancia interna da escala de resili\u00eancia para jud\u00f4 e caracterizar o bem-estar psicol\u00f3gico dos judocas, foram aplicados: uma Escala de Resili\u00eancia, o Invent\u00e1rio de Bumout e a Escala de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para a Vida.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados indicaram que 38% dos atletas apresentam uma resili\u00eancia elevada e que quanto maior o n\u00edvel de resili\u00eancia, menor a possibilidade de apresentar os sintomas da s\u00edndrome de burnout.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o estudo estabelece como confi\u00e1vel a Escala de Resili\u00eancia e concluiu que a resili\u00eancia associada ao otimismo pode evitar o estresse e o desenvolvimento da sintomatologia de burnout.<\/p>\n<p>O conhecimento sobre a resili\u00eancia no esporte pode dar suporte \u00e0 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o com atletas de distintos n\u00edveis para alcan\u00e7ar um rendimento esportivo \u00f3timo.
