Ambas as op\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o v\u00e1lidas, mas os profissionais da sa\u00fade recomendam que o melhor <strong>\u00e9 cuidar da dose de a\u00e7\u00facar ou sacarina acrescentada aos alimentos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante o \u00faltimo congresso da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seedo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sociedade Espanhola para o Estudo da Obesidade\u00a0<\/a>(Seedo), os especialistas discutiram sobre os benef\u00edcios de ingerir a\u00e7\u00facar ou sacarina.<\/p>\n<p>Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez-Gonz\u00e1lez, professor de Medicina Preventiva e Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica da Universidade da Navarra, considera que os ado\u00e7antes podem proporcionar \u00e0s pessoas uma \u201cpequena ajuda\u201d, <strong>mas pouco serve reduzir as calorias nas bebidas se n\u00e3o cuidarmos da dieta.<\/strong> N\u00e3o tem sentido usar sacarina para o caf\u00e9 depois de comer peru e doces no Natal, destaca o especialista.<\/p>\n<p>O segredo est\u00e1 em <strong>manter o equil\u00edbrio entre as calorias que ingerimos e a atividade f\u00edsica que realizamos.<\/strong> Pode-se dar prefer\u00eancia \u00e0 sacarina por ter menor quantidade de calorias, mas no caso de uma pessoa magra e praticante de esportes, o professor recomenda o uso do a\u00e7\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>Os profissionais da sa\u00fade concordam que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio controlar a dose de a\u00e7\u00facar ou ado\u00e7antes que ingerimos, <strong>o problema<\/strong> est\u00e1 no <strong>excesso.<\/strong> Neste sentido, as bebidas a\u00e7ucaradas podem constituir um grande risco para a sa\u00fade, considerando que\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scielo.cl\/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0717-75182014000100013\" target=\"_blank\">alguns estudos<\/a> indicam que o consumo excessivo dessas bebidas aumenta o risco de padecer de obesidade, diabetes, osteoporose e outros males.<\/p>\n<p>Carmen G\u00f3mez-Candela, chefe da Unidade de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o Cl\u00ednica e Diet\u00e9tica do Hospital Universit\u00e1rio La Paz, em Madri, opina que <strong>\u00e9 preciso cuidar, inclusive, da quantidade de ado\u00e7antes ingeridos,<\/strong> considerando que este ingrediente \u00e9 incorporado em muitos tipos de alimentos.
