No documento, reflete-se o impacto que o aumento de acessos a uma grande oferta possibilitada pela Internet teve nos neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os executivos entrevistados apontam que <strong>os consumidores agora est\u00e3o mais bem informados, s\u00e3o aut\u00f4nomos e avaliam seus fornecedores constantemente.<\/strong> Neste contexto, a Internet cumpre um papel importante, pois uma empresa tem acesso a uma ampla oferta global apenas fazendo uma busca no Google. Os novos <strong>consumidores s\u00e3o mais exigentes<\/strong> e \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter uma estrat\u00e9gia para melhorar sua experi\u00eancia e conseguir mant\u00ea-los em longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p>A entrevista indica que <strong>86% dos executivos B2B consideram que a experi\u00eancia do consumidor \u00e9 \u201cmuito importante\u201d,<\/strong> e 79% est\u00e1 convencido que uma experi\u00eancia que se diferencie dos competidores tem um efeito direto nos resultados do neg\u00f3cio; mas, ao mesmo tempo, 66% dos entrevistados considera que os novos competidores proporcionam melhores experi\u00eancias ao consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>O documento informa que <strong>apenas 23% das empresas B2B t\u00eam um retorno alto de investimento em suas invers\u00f5es em experi\u00eancia do consumidor.<\/strong> Al\u00e9m disso, indica-se que quase 20% geram pouco ou nenhum ganho.
