Estas caracter\u00edsticas configuram um ambiente complexo no qual o conflito pode surgir com facilidade. O conflito, bem dirigido, permite que as pessoas conquistem maior toler\u00e2ncia e aprendam a respeitar os demais com uma vis\u00e3o mais integradora. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio <strong>resolver os conflitos na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para conseguir um ambiente de trabalho mais harmonioso<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dom Hofstrand, especialista em valor agregado para a agricultura, comenta que se deve considerar que <strong>se pode abordar o conflito tendo em conta cinco estilos para resolv\u00ea-lo:<\/strong> a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, a compet\u00eancia, evitar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o autossacrif\u00edcio e o compromisso. Trata-se de considerar as caracter\u00edsticas de todos os estilos para utiliz\u00e1-los de acordo com cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o particular.<\/p>\n<p>Ao utilizar o estilo competitivo, procura-se obter uma meta utilizando qualquer recurso dispon\u00edvel, em situa\u00e7\u00f5es nas quais se exp\u00f5em rela\u00e7\u00f5es ganhar-perder, em que apenas <strong>uma pessoa ganha.<\/strong> O <strong>autossacrif\u00edcio \u00e9 a vis\u00e3o oposta, na qual ficam primeiro os interesses dos demais<\/strong> e se d\u00e1 prioridade ao bom ambiente laboral e procura-se manter um contexto harmonioso.<\/p>\n<p>Evitar ou <strong>dilatar um conflito \u00e9 uma forma de enfoque pouco colaborativo,<\/strong> que levar\u00e1 \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00f5es nas quais todos perdem; esta \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia que, inclusive, afetar\u00e1 \u00e0 pessoa que aplica esta abordagem da situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Um <strong>enfoque colaborativo procura o benef\u00edcio de ambas as partes,<\/strong> procurando um resultado que beneficie a todos e que permita estabelecer um acordo para que todos trabalhem para uma meta comum, mas requer muito esfor\u00e7o e tempo.
