Aprovado em 2014 pelo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.produce.gob.pe\/images\/stories\/Repositorio\/publicaciones\/proyectos\/plan-nacional-de-diversificacion-productiva-2014.pdf\">Plano Nacional de Diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o Produtiva (PNDP),<\/a> no Peru, o projeto \u00e9 um est\u00edmulo para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o local ao fomentar a\u00e7\u00f5es entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es do pa\u00eds e as comunidades locais.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da <strong>FUNIBER<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m participam do projeto como parceiros o IGNITE, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabadellempresa.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\">Prefeitura de Sabadell (Espanha)<\/a>, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.munirimac.gob.pe\/portal\/\" target=\"_blank\">Prefeitura de R\u00edmac (Peru)<\/a>, o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itp.gob.pe\/webitp\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico da Produ\u00e7\u00e3o (ITP)<\/a> e o CITEalimenta. O projeto \u00e9 financiado pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.diba.cat\/es\" target=\"_blank\">Diputaci\u00f3n de Barcelona<\/a>, \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o da regi\u00e3o metropolitana da capital da Catalunha (Espanha).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demandas locais e globais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segundo a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/brasil\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a Agricultura<\/a> (FAO), ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio um aumento de 40% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o mundial de alimentos para 2030. Com o crescimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e a globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do setor alimentar, se configura um contexto importante para a oferta e o mercado que deve se adequar \u00e0s novas demandas de consumo.<\/p>\n<p>O contexto local da agricultura alimentar no Peru revela uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de escassez de produtos de valor agregado no setor.
