Chamada de gin\u00e1stica abdominal hipopressiva, <strong>a pr\u00e1tica consiste na tonifica\u00e7\u00e3o da musculatura abdominal, do assoalho p\u00e9lvico e dos estabilizadores da coluna<\/strong>. Os pesquisadores espanh\u00f3is Cab\u00e3nas Armesilla e Chapinal Andr\u00e9s realizaram uma pesquisa sobre os estudos publicados sobre a gin\u00e1stica para avaliar se a pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 fundamentada.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Na Espanha, em 2007, a gin\u00e1stica abdominal hipopressiva come\u00e7ou a ser aplicada como alternativa a outras propostas como os m\u00e9todos mais tradicionais de exerc\u00edcios abdominais ou do m\u00e9todo Pilates. Entretanto, faltam estudos sobre a pr\u00e1tica para saber quais os benef\u00edcios e poss\u00edveis efeitos para quem a faz.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa recompila estudos sobre a pr\u00e1tica e aponta alguns fundamentos importantes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Origem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As t\u00e9cnicas hipopressivas foram criadas por Marcel Caufr\u00edez, doutor em Ci\u00eancias da Motricidade como<strong> terapia de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o parto<\/strong>. Em 2006, desenvolveu as t\u00e9cnicas aplicadas ao esporte e ao fitness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Princ\u00edpios t\u00e9cnicos dos exerc\u00edcios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A gin\u00e1stica hipopressiva abdominal engloba exerc\u00edcios de postura para diminuir a press\u00e3o intra-abdominal, junto a exerc\u00edcios respirat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pautas t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A gin\u00e1stica hipopressiva consiste em:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Inspirar normalmente e ap\u00f3s soltar o ar completamente, contrair o abd\u00f4men at\u00e9 sentir os m\u00fasculos abdominais sendo \u201csugados\u201d para dentro, como se quisesse encostar o umbigo nas costas.<\/li>\n<li>Deve-se manter esta contra\u00e7\u00e3o, inicialmente entre 10 a 20 segundos. Com a pr\u00e1tica poder\u00e1 ir aumento o tempo sem respirar.<\/li>\n<li>Ap\u00f3s a expira\u00e7\u00e3o, encher os pulm\u00f5es de ar novamente e relaxar, voltando ao ritmo respirat\u00f3rio normal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Estes exerc\u00edcios podem ser repetidos 3 vezes, e podem ser realizados deitados, sentados, de joelhos no ch\u00e3o ou levemente inclinados de p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benef\u00edcios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alguns estudos apontam uma melhora no sistema de propriocep\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo, que \u00e9 a capacidade que temos de reconhecer nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o espacial a partir do equil\u00edbrio muscular e de postura. De acordo com Caufr\u00edez, a gin\u00e1stica hipopressiva estimula este sistema ao praticar diferentes posi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica tamb\u00e9m aponta uma melhora no sistema que regula a respira\u00e7\u00e3o a partir dos movimentos de contra\u00e7\u00e3o e expira\u00e7\u00e3o, e do trabalho realizado pelo diafragma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contradi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o estudo, h\u00e1, no entanto, algumas discrep\u00e2ncias sobre os fundamentos que deveriam\u00a0ser pesquisados.
